He brings over a decade of experience in commercial insurance, having served as a broker at two of the world's leading international agencies. During this time, he successfully developed and managed insurance programs across diverse industries, earning a reputation for strategic insight and client-focused solutions. 

In 2022, Kyle joined Vacasa as the Director of Insurance, where he leverages his extensive brokerage background to deliver a unique and valuable perspective to the in-house role. His deep understanding of industry dynamics and exceptional communication skills enable him to bridge internal operations with insurance strategies, creating more efficient and effective programs. Kyle’s role as a dedicated in-house resource with brokerage expertise ensures Vacasa is well-positioned to navigate complex insurance needs with confidence and precision.
